Documents and audiences
Cankav’s rules are published in four sections: teacher rules for class delivery; cooperation terms for the teacher-platform relationship; platform rules for general account and service use; and parent and student rules for purchasing, booking, attendance, and follow-up. Each acceptance applies only to the version displayed at that time.
The roles of Cankav and teachers
Cankav provides teacher introductions and matching, booking, payment, communication, and support. Teachers provide learning content and run classes. Cankav may set quality standards, review feedback, and restrict or suspend teacher access.
Parent and child accounts
A parent or legal guardian creates and manages the child’s account. Information must be accurate and up to date. Sharing accounts, bypassing access restrictions, or using another family’s account is prohibited.
Bookings and class credits
Booking requires active credits and teacher availability. Completing a class uses a credit. If a class is not held because of the teacher or a service-related disruption, its status is reviewed and a credit restored or replacement time offered according to the outcome.
Prices, payments, and withdrawal
The per-session price, session count, and payable amount appear before purchase confirmation. Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds follow applicable law and the rules displayed before purchase or booking. Starting a service at the user’s request may affect withdrawal rights.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and absence
Rescheduling and cancellation deadlines are stated when booking. Child absences, teacher lateness, and technical disruptions should be reported through support so event times and technical records can be reviewed.
Classroom conduct
Respect for children, teachers, and group members is required. Insults, threats, inappropriate content, harassment, private contact outside approved channels, or unauthorized recording and sharing may lead to the session being stopped and the account suspended.
Content and intellectual property
Cankav’s or the teacher’s proprietary software, design, and content are provided for personal use within the learning journey. Republication, sale, bulk extraction, and commercial use without permission are prohibited. Users retain ownership of uploaded content while permitting processing needed to deliver the service.
Support and review
Submit a request through a dashboard ticket or the contact page first. The payment ID, class time, and a short issue description help speed up review. These terms do not restrict any mandatory consumer rights provided by law.
Changes to the terms
Significant changes to pricing, roles, or data use are published in a new version with a review date, with notice before continued use where required. Earlier purchases remain subject to their accepted terms and mandatory law.
