Readiness review for children under 6

Cankav’s direct admission age range is 6–16. For younger children, online readiness and suitability for the group are reviewed before a session is suggested.

Online class readiness

We assess how long your child engages in online activities, their need for a parent’s presence, and their ability to follow the teacher’s instructions.

Age-group suitability

Your child’s comfort within the 6–16 age group and current familiarity with English help inform the decision.

Decide after observation

If the initial answers indicate suitability, we suggest only one supervised introductory session. The teacher’s observations inform the final decision.
